Interim Admission Schemes


As our usual Badge Schemes are currently suspended, we are continuing to liaise with racecourses to organise complimentary access to upcoming fixtures. In order to meet track and trace requirements, members will need to apply directly to the course for any tickets, quoting a discount code (which can be found in the Members Area) and will not be granted entry on the day without having pre-registered.  

Please note: Badge Schemes are currently suspended and bronze PASS cards will not provide admission.

ARC can confirm that an allocation of general admission tickets for all ROA Members will be available at fixtures at which spectators are allowed. Currently, this offer can not be used in conjunction with fixtures at Ffos Las or Chepstow.

The discount code and website link to the racecourse booking page can be collected from the ROA Members Area. Once at the racecourse website page, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the special ROA Members code in the ‘Add A Voucher Code’ box at the bottom.

You will be prompted to enter details for the purposes of track and trace, and issued with an e-ticket. Your application will be verified to confirm your ROA membership.
Please note, ROA  Members will be allocated one complimentary ticket, on a first-come first-served basis.

Cartmel are delighted to offer complimentary tickets to members for all their fixtures this year. There are only a limited number available and will be issued on a first-come first-served basis.

We are currently taking applications for badges at most Jockey Club Racecourses fixtures until the end of July. These applications will be passed onto Jockey Club Racecourses for you, and they will contact you directly. Members are able to book tickets for a guest at these meetings, but you must supply their names and contact details at the time of application in order to fulfil Track and Trace obligations.

Applications need to be made by 4pm, 48-hours before the meeting.

Please note that the tickets issued will be for General Admission tickets only.

  • Sandown - Coral Eclipse Day 3 July (sold out)
  • Newmarket - July Festival - Thursday 8, Friday 9 and Saturday 10 July
  • Market Rasen - Saturday 17 July (sold out)
  • Epsom - Thursday 1, 8, 15 and 29 July

Complete the form in the Members Area to apply for your badges. Please note any applications must be made by 4pm the 48-hours before you wish to attend racing. Any applications made after 4pm on a Friday will not be seen until Monday morning.

Please note that Guest Details will need to be provided for Track and Trace purposes. If inaccurate contact details are provided unfortunately Jockey Club Racecourses will not be able to issues tickets.

Newbury Racecourse can confirm that an allocation of 50 General Admission tickets will be available to ROA Members for their fixture on Tuesday, 22 June.

ROA members are asked to book directly via the Newbury Racecourse website using a special discount code. The discount code and website link to the racecourse booking page can be collected from the ROA Members Area.

Once at the racecourse website page, you will be prompted to enter the special ROA Members code in the ‘Promotional code’ box at the top of the booking page and you should follow the instructions to check out including Track and Trace details. Etickets will be issued on completion via email.


We are in discussions with all independent tracks with up coming meetings and details of how to secure tickets will appear in the Members Area.


Currently, tracks in Wales and Scotland do not have the ability to host spectators, so there is no free admission provision at this time. This will be updated in due course.
