ROA Pre-Booked Admission Scheme
FREE ADMISSION FOR ROA MEMBERS WHEN NOT HAVING A RUNNER
We have liaised with racecourses to organise complimentary access to upcoming fixtures for ROA Members who are non-registered owners with the BHA and therefore do not qualify for the Racecourse Badge Scheme for Owners.
In order to access the tickets members will need to go to the racecourse links below and quote a discount code (which can be found in the Members Area) when booking their tickets online. Members will not be granted entry on the day without having pre-registered.
Only members who are Registered Owners will be activated for the full Racecourse Badge Scheme for Owners.
Details of meetings included and how to attend these fixtures can be found on the Racecourse Discounts page in the Members Area. When you are logged in, click on the second picture on the screen.
ARC can confirm that an allocation of general admission tickets for all ROA Members will be available at fixtures at which spectators are allowed.There are, however a few exceptions which will be listed on this page once they are known.
The discount code and website link to the racecourse booking page can be collected from the ROA Members Area. Once at the racecourse website page, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the special ROA Members code in the ‘Add A Voucher Code’ box at the bottom.

You will be prompted to enter details for the purposes of track and trace, and issued with an e-ticket. Your application will be verified to confirm your ROA membership.
Please note, ROA Members will be allocated one complimentary ticket, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Cartmel are delighted to offer complimentary tickets to members for all their fixtures this year, with the exception of the 28 August. There are only a limited number available and will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis.
Log into the Members Area for details on how to reserve your ticket.
We are currently taking applications for badges at most Jockey Club Racecourses fixtures. These applications will be passed onto Jockey Club Racecourses for you, and they will contact you directly. Members are able to book tickets for a guest at these meetings, but you must supply their names and contact details at the time of application.
Applications need to be made by 4pm, 48-hours before the meeting.
Please note that the tickets issued will be for General Admission tickets only.
Meetings which are not covered by this scheme are:
- Cheltenham - Saturday 13 November, Tuesday15 March, Wednesday 16 March, Thursday 17 March and Friday 18 March
- Haydock Park- Saturday 20 November
- Exeter – Tuesday 2 November
- Huntingdon – Sunday 26 December
- Kempton Park – Sunday 26 December
- Sandown Park– Friday 3 December, Saturday 4 December
For other meetings please complete the form in the Members Area to apply for your badges. Please note any applications must be made by 4pm the 48-hours before you wish to attend racing. Any applications made after 4pm on a Friday will not be seen until Monday morning.
Please note that Guest Details will need to be provided for Track and Trace purposes. If inaccurate contact details are provided unfortunately Jockey Club Racecourses will not be able to issues tickets.

Newbury Racecourse can confirm that an allocation of 30 General Admission badges will be available to ROA Members who are non-registered owners for selected fixtures in 2021 excluding the following dates;
- Saturday 18 September
- Saturday 27 November 2021.
ROA members are asked to book directly via the Newbury Racecourse website using a special discount code. The discount code and website link to the racecourse booking page can be collected from the ROA Members Area.
Once at the racecourse website page, you will be prompted to enter the special ROA Members code in the ‘Promotional code’ box at the top of the booking page.
