ROA Annual General Meeting 2025
We are pleased to invite you to the 81st Annual General Meeting of the Racehorse Owners Association (ROA), which will be held at 11am on Friday 24 October at Doncaster Racecourse.
Guests are welcome to arrive from 10:45am, where teas and coffee will be served.
The AGM will officially commence at 11.00am. Following the formalities, there will be a short session with an opportunity for members to raise questions on matters of interest to them. For those members who are unable to attend in person, we would be delighted to receive your questions via email at [email protected]. These questions will either be answered during the meeting or via email.
After the question and answer session there will then be a series of industry updates from keynote speakers:
- Alan Delmonte - Chief Executive, Levy Board
- Richard Wayman - Director of Racing, British Horseracing Authority
- Jon Petts - Programme Director, People Board
- Pip Kirkby - Project Lead, Horse Welfare Board
- Kate Freeman - Head of Owner Relations, Racehorse Owners Association

- 11am - ROA AGM, followed by Q&A
- 11.45am - Key Industry speakers
- 12.45pm - Light lunch
- 1.30pm - First race*
- 5.25pm - Last race *
