LATEST GOING REPORTS

Owners with a runner

All owners with an entry at the Cheltenham Festival will receive their owners’ brochure after entries close for the race their horse is running in.

Those still with entries after the last Festival races close, at the end of February, will be sent two car parking labels for each day that they have a runner.

Tickets, Badges and Lunch bookings

Please note that the PASS System will not be in use for the Cheltenham Festival.

The link for ticket, badge & lunch bookings will be sent out via email to the listed owner, first named in a partnership or syndicate manager.

Any bookings made by owners who then do not have a declared runner at The Cheltenham Festival will no longer be valid.

For races that close in January, all owners who still have entries after the scratch date will be invited to book in their tickets, badges and lunches via our online booking form.

For races with entries closing after the beginning of February they will be invited to book in their tickets, badges and lunches via the online booking form at entry stage.

All owners with confirmed runners will receive a letter and email reminding them of the booking process for tickets, badges and lunches.

At declarations all owners will receive an email with this information. Owners with declared runners will be able to collect their tickets and badges on the day they have a runner from the O&T desk at North Entrance on arrival.

  • Every Owner and Partnership is entitled to six owners’ badges per declared runner, along with six complimentary lunches.
  • Syndicates and Racing Clubs are offered eight owners’ badges per declared runner as standard, along with eight complimentary lunches.

We understand that ownership comes in many different forms and as such we offer for syndicates and racing clubs to swap their complimentary lunches for up to 20 admission tickets to the racecourse.

We will always try our best to accommodate our owners where possible, so please get in touch with our Owners and Trainers team should you wish to enquire about lunches or further badges.

Cheltenham reserves the right to offer additional Owners’ Badges & Lunches at their discretion and subject to space. Any requests for additional badges should be made in advance of the meeting to [email protected].

For Owners who wish to attend the Festival, even if their horse is not declared to run, we recommend that tickets are purchased in advance. If your horse is then declared to run we will be happy to arrange a refund for tickets you have purchased.

Owners will receive both an Owners & Trainers Badge and a Parade Ring Pass specific for their race.

The Owners and Trainers Badge will gain access to the Tattersalls Pavilion (if you are booked to dine there), O&T Bar / Bistro in the Princess Royal Stand and The Steeplechase Club Room in the tented village.

Please note that access to the parade ring will not be possible without a Parade Ring Pass. The number of Parade Ring Passes per horse will be dependent on the number of declared runners in the race.
