- A 15% discount on Child & Child’s fees will be applied to all invoices (not including disbursements) issued to ROA members under the ‘Racing Rate’ scheme.

- Discounts shall only be applied to matters where Child & Child have confirmed at the outset (in their client care letter) that the Racing Rate shall apply.
- Child & Child shall not at any time be obliged to accept any instruction from any ROA member. The acceptance of instructions on any terms shall be at Child & Child’s sole discretion and will be subject to, among other things, the capacity of the relevant team.
- You must assume that Child & Child is not instructed in any matter unless and until it has been expressly confirmed in writing that they are instructed in respect of the relevant matter.
- The terms of any instruction will be those set out in Child & Child’s written retainer in the event that one is entered into.
