How many badges can I have per runner?
All racecourses will make every effort to supply this number of badges, but paddock access is dependent on field size in the race your horse is in.

ARC Racecourses
There are two options now for owners with runners at ARC courses:
OPTION A - 8 Owners Badges
8 badges are available for each horse, offering complimentary access to the racecourse, as well as the specific Owners facilities. Complimentary food and a bar will be available to all Owners Badge holders, along with access to the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure. Owners will be required to register via PASS ahead of the meeting, and can purchase extra badges at the O&T desk at 50% of on the day General Admittance, subject to capacity of O&T facilities.
OR
OPTION B - 15 Complimentary General Admittance Badges
Owners (particularly commercial syndicates) who would prefer to bring a higher number of people to watch their horse race, rather than specific catering or facilities may claim 15 complimentary general admittance badges to attend per horse. In addition, each horse will be allocated 8 paddock passes to be shared amongst their group to be used ahead of their race.
To claim this option, please contact the specific syndicates email address that will be included in the letter your receive from the racecourse, noting the names of those who you wish to attend, and clearly noting the syndicate leader to whom paddock passes shall be allocated.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:
By Rail: Plumpton Racecourse is ideally located for customers using the train, as Plumpton Station adjoins the Racecourse grounds, and our entrances are only a short three minute walk from the platforms. Plumpton is served by a regular train service between London Victoria and Eastbourne/Hastings.
By Coach: A direct bus service from Brighton to Plumpton Racecourse is run by Regency Coaches. The bus leaves Brighton train station 90 minutes before the first race, returning 30 minutes after the last race. A return ticket is £8. The pick up point for Regency Coaches at Brighton Station is behind the Station at the designated Coach Pick Up point. The pick up point for Regency Coaches at Plumpton Racecourse is car park behind the pavilion marquee.
By Road: the M23/A23 and A27 all offer good access to Plumpton Racecourse – the recommended routes are signposted with AA yellow signage.
From the M25: Leave the M25 at Junction 7, follow M23 to Crawley/Gatwick Airport. When the M23 joins the A23, continue on the A23 towards Brighton. Leave the A23 at A273 signposted towards Hassocks. Follow the A273 for approximately 1 mile then turn right at the bottom of the hill onto the B2112 signposted Ditchling. At the roundabout in the Centre of Ditchling, turn right onto B2116 towards Plumpton. Continue on the B2116 for approximately 4 miles, then turn left at the Half Moon Pub signposted Plumpton Racecourse. Turn left after 1 mile into Plumpton Racecourse.
From Brighton: Follow A23 northbound and take the first exit (A273 to Hassocks). Follow A273 for approximately 1 mile then turn right at the bottom of the hill onto the B2112 signposted Ditchling. At the roundabout in the Centre of Ditchling, turn right onto B2116 towards Plumpton. Continue on the B2116 for approximately 4 miles, then turn left at the Half Moon Pub signposted Plumpton Racecourse. Turn left after 1 mile into Plumpton Racecourse.
From Eastbourne/Hastings: Follow the A27 westbound to the Ashcombe roundabout and take the second exit signposted Lewes/Haywards Heath (A275). At the Prison Crossroads turn left onto the A277 Haywards Heath/East Grinstead. After approximately 2 miles turn left onto B2116 signposted Hassocks and Ditchling. This turning is just after the petrol station. After approximately 2.5 miles turn right after a sharp right hand bend onto Plumpton Lane signposted Plumpton ( just before the Half Moon Pub). Turn left after 1 mile into Plumpton Racecourse.
Plumpton Racecourse’s postcode is BN7 3AL, or type Plumpton Train Station into your Sat Nav as some systems don’t recognise our postcode! There is plentiful Free Car Parking space at Plumpton Racecourse.
By Air: Gatwick Airport is a short 20 minute direct train journey, making Plumpton easily accessible for the whole of the UK and beyond. Helicopters are permitted to land with prior agreement of the Clerk of the Course – please call 01273 890383.
