MINOR AMENDMENT TO OWNERSHIP AND REGISTRATION (Rule (C) 9)

Owner’s Representatives – refusal or cancellation of application

From 1 October 2021, wording of Rule (C) 9 amended to include reference to the ‘cancellation’ of an application to register an individual as an Owner’s Representative. This provision already exists within the Rules, with the revision simply providing additional clarity.
