Your raceday experience matters – have your say
Your raceday experience matters – have your say
The ROA is encouraging owners to continue sharing their raceday experiences, helping to ensure that what matters most to owners remains at the heart of racecourse standards.
Owners who have a runner are encouraged to complete the ROA Racecourse Feedback Form following their visit. While feedback postcards may be available at racecourses in O&T facilites, completing the form online is the quickest and easiest way to share views, with responses coming directly to the ROA.
Feedback, both positive and constructive, provides valuable insight into the owner experience, helping to highlight where racecourses are delivering well and where improvements could be made.
The ROA will also shortly be inviting owners to take part in a survey to help shape the future of the owner experience on racecourse. Owners will be invited to identify the aspects of a raceday that matter most to them when they have a runner, with the findings helping to set priorities for the Gold Standard and accreditation process.
Further details will follow. In the meantime, owners are encouraged to keep sharing their experiences by completing the ROA Racecourse Feedback Form after having a runner.
Every response helps build a clearer picture of the owner experience – so please keep the feedback coming.
