The ROA are delighted to offer ROA and Racegoers Club members the opportunity to visit Stradivarius at the National Stud as part of a private tour of the stud.

It is a chance to learn about the history and role of the world-famous 500-acre stud farm in Newmarket, who also provide unrivalled training to young people interested in working within the breeding industry. The tour includes the chance to see the stallions and meet some of the mares and foals, as well as their retired racehorses, which include 2014 Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Lord Windermere and champion sprinter The Tin Man.

The cost for the visit is £15.

Members will meet for 11am. The day ties in with racing at Newmarket’s Rowley Mile course in the afternoon, with the first race beginning at 2.15pm

Racecourse admission is not included, but the fixture is part of the Racecourse Badge Scheme for Owners for ROA Members and there is a £5 concession available for Racegoers Club members.

Places on the tour are limited to 25 guests and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
