As Aintree Racecourse is located within the Liverpool City Region we are currently under Tier 3 Covid restrictions. Please take the time to read the below information before you arrive at the racecourse:

- Once inside the racecourse owners can only mix with those in their individual household bubble.
- You must wear a face mask when entering the racecourse and in all public areas at all times. Face masks may only be removed when seated at your specific table.
Keep up-to-date on the latest from Aintree for Sunday's meeting on their Owners and Trainers page.
Prior to your arrival, please note the following very important points:
- All owners will need to complete a two-stage screening process. This includes the COVID-19 online learning module (available via the ROA website) and a personal health assessment to be completed in advance of raceday, followed by health questions and a temperature check on arrival at the racecourse.
- All owners, guests and representatives must bring Photo ID with them to the racecourse. Please also bring your PASS Card if you have one.
- Due to Liverpool being a Tier 3 lockdown area, Owners must travel separately in their individual household bubbles. Any Owners travelling together, and mixing household bubbles in cars, will be refused entry.
- Once inside the racecourse owners can only mix with those in their individual household bubble. This includes when seated to eat and drink in the restaurant. Again, this is due to Liverpool being a Tier 3 lockdown area.
- You must wear a face mask when entering the racecourse and in all public areas at all times. Face masks may only be removed when seated at your specific table.
- Owners on course will have access to the Lord Sefton Stand, which will be separated from raceday workers (trainers, stable staff, jockeys, officials, media etc), who have undergone a more rigorous health screening process. For infection control purposes, no movement will be permitted between the two areas of the racecourse.
On arrival at Aintree, please enter the racecourse via Seeds Lane entrance (use Sat Nav postcode L9 0LD). Please note there will be no access to the racecourse via Grand National Avenue. We strongly advise against the use of Public Transport to travel to Aintree and please be aware that the entrance for Owners is approximately 1 mile from Aintree Train Station.
On arrival, you will be directed to a lane where your temperature and Photo ID will be checked and wristband issued. After this, you will be directed to park and then asked to enter the Owners’ Zone where your registration details will be checked, via the PASS system.
Following registration, you will then be directed to the Lord Sefton Stand which will be your facility for the day. Within this area, which offers both internal and external viewing of the racecourse, you will be offered complimentary 3-course lunch with afternoon tea, together with a range of hot and cold drinks. You will also be able to view the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure.
For those owners fortunate to win races during the day, we will provide you with a winning memento, photograph and a recording of the race itself (TVinaCard). We will also invite you into the Freebooter Bar, adjacent to the Winner’s Enclosure, for a celebratory glass of champagne and to re-watch the race.
