Cercy-la-Tour Foal Show trip

We are delighted to link up with Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero to give members the opportunity to join them in France for their annual trip to the Foal Show in Cercy-la-Tour.

Meeting at St. Pancras International on Monday 15th June the party will travel together by First Class Eurostar, pause for lunch in Paris and then the TGV to Cercy-la-Tour and stay in a beautiful private chateau.

During the time there you will have the chance to go to the stud where the majority of the French bred horses at Stockton Hall are born. You will be able to see this year’s foals, yearlings and two-year-olds, many related to the horses already in training with Oliver and Josh.  

We will attend the annual foal show where all the best foals from the area will be, with an opportunity to purchase if you so wish. We will also visit one of the training yards to see horses working and meet some potential stars. If time permits, we will go and see some of France’s top National Hunt sires that stand at the local stud Haras de Cercy.

Oliver has fantastic connections with the stud and you will learn all about the French breeding programme and how their system differs so much to the UK. You will also meet the trainers and breeders at a post-show dinner in the very picturesque village of Cercy-la-Tour. The local area is beautiful and very traditional with delicious food.

The party returns on Thursday 18th June, arriving back in London in the afternoon.  

£1200 plus VAT per person (based on sharing a double room)

This includes return travel from London to Cercy-la-Tour including our cars when we arrive, accomodation for three nights in one of the en suite double rooms, a trip to the foal show and dinner on the evening of the show in a local restaurant with the trainers and breeders.
