ARC C-19 badge policy

ARC currently have an allocation of six badges per runner.

Additional badges can be applied for – contact the course directly for this. Any regional restrictions, the number of other owners attending on the day, and the “rule of six” will be factors influencing if your request can be accommodated.

Owners who live in an area currently under regional or local restrictions are reminded to follow the Government advice in that area.

Please also check your emails from PASS and the racecourse website for further updates on badge allocation and specific attendance protocols.

Please remember to adhere to social distancing guidance at all times, Nottinghamshire is currently set at “Tier 2 – High”, where the ‘rule of 6’ applies outdoors and ‘no households’ are to mix indoors.

Even if you are from the same household, please adhere to the 2m guidelines when outdoors, as with action from the site televised it is not always obvious this is the case.

Face coverings will need to be worn in an indoor setting unless you are seated at a table.

Hand sanitiser and washing facilities will be available throughout the Owners Enclosure for your regular use.
