VIP Car Park Label
The ROA/RCA car park label allows access to Owners' and Trainers' car parks when space allows at almost every racing fixture. This often provides premium parking on a firm surface rather than on grass and usually in an area closer to the main entrance, as well as saving money.
The labels are valid January - December each year. If you have not received your label please email [email protected] stating your name, membership number and postcode.
Please note: Car Park Labels will be automatically sent to ALL members of the ROA in December of each year. You will not need to apply to the ROA for a new label. The label will be sent in the form of a letter in which the label can be torn out using the perforations.
There are a small number of fixtures which the label cannot be used at:
- Cheltenham Festival
- Randox Health Grand National meeting
- Cazoo Derby Festival
- Royal Ascot
- King George day at Ascot
- Qatar Goodwood Festival
- British Champions Day
Note: The label does not guarantee a car parking space.
The label incorporates security features to prevent any counterfeiting. Any members found abusing the system will have this benefit withdrawn.
Car Park Label holders are also available for members.
Notes:
Warwick: Owing to space constraints, only owners with runners can now park in the O&T car park. Members will be directed to the other car park and also be told that they can enter via the nearest entrance to that car park. This entrance now has an O&T desk there so PASScards can be scanned.
